Marketing Assistant

We are looking for a super bubbly, outgoing, extroverted person that is great at striking up conversation, making everyone feel welcome, and has positive energy.

Our marketing assistant is arguably one of the most fun jobs in the office! Not only do you get to create amazing content for online marketing, but you will get to talk to patients, visit our partner offices, and help the team succeed in goals.

We are a small office that makes a big impact in our community and we love working to help people have amazing experiences when they come visit us.

Great writing skills are required.

We can be flexible (anywhere from 20-30 hours/week) with your schedule. We can discuss further at your job interview. This is an in-person job and not remote.

Tasks of a marketer includes:

• visiting other medical practices on our behalf
• going to community events and doing outreach
• creating content for social media and our online website
• taking pictures and editing them for our media
• calling patients to make appointments and follow up as needed
• helping the patient care coordinator with assistance when needed
• internal marketing signage, posters, and events
• taking and editing testimonials from our patients
• joining our marketing online meetings with other marketers monthly
• participating in bimonthly zoom meetings with our marketing guru on new ideas and ways to improve in marketing

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
