Haverford Square Properties is Hiring an Executive Administrator Near Philadelphia, PA

Haverford Square Properties is looking for an Executive Administrator join our team! The Executive Administrator is responsible for supporting the needs of Haverford Square Properties executives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support administrative needs of Haverford Square Properties executives
  • Follow up/Monitor emails and incoming voicemails
  • Calendar management
  • Assist with local and state filings
  • Complete permit and design applications for real estate projects
  • Update meeting minutes
  • Prepare communications for reporting, presentations and general correspondence
  • Conduct research projects with executive direction
  • General administrative duties

Competencies

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (email, calendar, work, excel)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Detail orientated
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multi-task

Requirements:

  • Associates or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 2-3 years property management or construction admin experience
  • Experience in appfolio preferred
  • Bookkeeping experience
  • QuickBooks experience required
