Requirements:WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
AWARE invites applications for a Accounts Payable Project Associate to join their team. This position has the unique opportunity to work collaboratively and make an impact on the lives of Montanans with disabilities. Aware Project Associate assists in the accounts payable processes, including calculating, posting, and verifying duties to obtain financial data for use in maintaining fiscal records. Conducts various reconciliation, communications, and accounts payable duties; including invoices, data entry, batch control labeling and filing. Responsible for assigned vendors, including the development of professional relationships and solution generating interactions. Duties must be completed in a professional, accurate, and timely manner and in compliance with the direction set by the Chief Financial Officer.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM:
- An Associate of Arts Degree or Certification in Accounting Technology, Bookkeeping, Data/Information Processing, or Business Administration Technology is preferred.
- A minimum of two (2) years of accounting and computer experience is also required.
- Ability to complete all work in a professional, accurate, and timely manner; in compliance with the direction set by the Project Supervisor.
