What is GoodShop Manufacturies? We are the custom fabrication arm of AvroKO Design, we partner with the most dedicated factories and craftspeople across the globe to bring AvroKO’s custom furniture and lighting designs to life. GoodShop also manages the relationship and orders for AvroKO’s developing product lines - Brightliner and Tech Lighting.

We are looking for an individual who is curious about the custom furniture and lighting manufacturing process. Willing to commit 20-25 hours a week to GoodShop. The project coordinator's main role is to assist the Senior Project Lead of GoodShop with:

• Create and issue quotes, PO’s, RFQ’s and invoices to all pertinent parties
• Interfacing with clients, vendors and design team to ensure all project deadlines are met.
• Organization of past and current projects
• Development/Organization of GoodShop Material Library
• New vendor research.
• Onboarding to new software system - Studio Designer

QUALIFICATIONS

• Purchasing experience preferred.
• Project Management experience preferred
• Intermediate knowledge of Excel and Google Software
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Studio Designer experience preferred
• Wrike experience preferred
• Interest in Hospitality Interior Design
• Curiosity in Fabrication of custom lighting and furniture
• 20-25 hours per week
• Hybrid Work Schedule - 8 hours per week in the office required
• Office in San Francisco, CA
• Must work between normal business hours 8AM - 7PM
