Our client, a large furniture company in Commerce, CA is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to join their team. The Project Manager directs and reports the planning and efficient execution of all work orders for his or her assigned route and projects. You will handle aspects of client / field relationships, including maintaining or improving customer satisfaction, identifying challenges, closing out projects and focused on project margin improvements.

Duties:

• Ensure Customer Satisfaction by providing timely responses and comprehensive support throughout project lifecycles.
• Support Project Management from initiation to closure, ensuring smooth execution and client satisfaction.
• Achieve Annual Quotas by maintaining focus and dedication to meeting performance targets.
• Take ownership of Project Results and Client Relationships, fostering strong connections and delivering exceptional service.
• Maintain availability to meet client and AMS Field/Dispatch needs, even outside regular business hours.

Requirements:

• Understands furniture material handling and logistical processes.
• High School Degree or GED and some college.
• Basic Computer Skills, Examples: Outlook, Excel, Word, PlanGrid, IQ and Smart Sheets
• Bilingual English and Spanish

• Monday to Friday
• Morning or Night Shift
• $28.00
