Avondale by the Sea is Hiring a Front Desk Near Cape May, NJ

Job Overview:

We encourage applicants to stop at location in person. We are seeking a reliable and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:

- Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner

- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately

- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information about the hotel and local area

- Assist guests with reservations, changes, and cancellations

- Handle guest complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism

- Process payments and maintain accurate records

- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area

- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence

Experience:

- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred

- Ability to provide exceptional customer support in a professional manner

We offer competitive pay based on experience and qualifications. This is a part-time position with opportunities for growth within the company.
