Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome members in a friendly and professional manner
- Check-in and check-out members, ensuring accuracy of information
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries or direct calls to appropriate personnel
- Provide information about facilities, services, and events
- Handle member requests and complaints promptly and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and transcribing documents
- Coordinate and assist with event planning and execution
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or front desk role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in using office equipment such as computers, printers, and fax machines
