Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical abilities, strong interpersonal skills, proficiency in Excel, and visualization tools. The primary responsibility of the Data Analyst will be to scrub, analyze, and interpret data to generate meaningful reports that will drive key business decisions.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

• Should be highly proficient in Excel and advanced functions. 
• Clean, validate, and manipulate large datasets to ensure accuracy and consistency. 
• Collaborate with leadership to understand business requirements and provide actionable insights.
• Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations. 
• Utilize statistical techniques to conduct data analysis and predictive modeling. 
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization through data analysis. 
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization techniques. 
• Assist in the development and implementation of data-driven strategies to achieve organizational goals. 
• Develop and manage tools in Microsoft SharePoint to enhance operational collaboration. 
• Establish and enforce data standards in cooperation with stakeholders. 
• Design databases for new projects and data acquisition. 
• Continuously manage existing data tools while spearheading efforts to enhance their functionality and efficiency.

Requirements

Education and Experience 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Mathematics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field required. 
• 2-5 years of relevant experience in data analysis or a related field. 
• Experience working in a corporate support role. 
• Experience in the data analytics field.
