Job Description
As a data analyst, you love diving into data and turning it into meaningful insights. This candidate will be part of a highly visible team utilizing their experience and skills to consolidate various data sets into a comprehensive suite of management tools.
? Consolidate disparate datasets from both internal and external sources into PowerBI dashboards.
? Design systems and processes to share visualizations and build user engagement.
? Provide both detailed and summarized results to sales management and senior leadership to drive sales execution and business growth.
? Other analytical and process improvement projects as needed.
What you?ll bring to the table
? A strong ability to understand complex data and to be able to explain the story it tells.
? A strong analytical process.
? Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail to meet deadlines.
? Ability to work independently and with little supervision.
? 2-5 years of related experience.
? 1-3 year experience with Power Query and PowerBI, data visualization program.
? A working knowledge of CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.com
? Enjoys researching and generating insights to solve problems. Experience using data to make recommendations for continuous improvement projects.
? Bachelor?s degree (Finance, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Analytics, IT or related field) preferred or equivalent experience.
