About Us:
Avivo's Ending Homelessness division provides pathways to housing for individuals experiencing homelessness. We work with county coordinated entry systems and tribal governments, as well as operating unique street outreach teams to connect unsheltered individuals with shelter and housing. Avivo's Ending Homelessness Division strives for the highest quality of services using culturally responsive approaches and a deep commitment to harm reduction and housing first through trauma-informed service delivery.
What You Will Do:
By joining our team as a Case Manager, you will make a direct impact on the lives of diverse individuals in our site-based housing programs, American House, and Kimball Court. In this role, you'll work within our Harm Reduction and Housing First programs, providing personalized support to residents to help them achieve housing stability and their personal goals. You'll be at the forefront of a social justice issue, ensuring that safe housing is recognized as a fundamental human right.
We're looking for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, excels in meeting people where they are, and is dedicated to delivering high-quality, culturally responsive, and evidence-based services.
