A leading tech company is seeking a Program Manager. The successful candidate will provide technical project and program management for a cross-functional, highly visible, team delivering Identity & Access Management.The ideal candidate has 4 years of experience in Program Management or equivalent experience driving large-scale projects through effective collaboration, influence, and clarity.The company offers a great work environment!

Program Manager Pay and Benefits:

• Hourly pay: $55/hr
• Worksite: Leading technology and data solutions company (Candidates must be located in the United States)
• W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program
• 40 hours/week, 4 Month Assignment

Program Manager Responsibilities:

• Drive program/project schedules and status reports using Azure DevOps (ADO).
• Create, maintain, and optimize project status dashboards and reports using PowerBI for stakeholder reviews.
• Provide Product Managers & Product Unit Managers with technical and/or analytical information.
• Organize cross functional activities ensuring the program/project is completed on schedule and within budget constraints.
• Communicate with users when required to drive action items completion for identity/security compliance tasks.
• Organize and lead projects; show progress on planned execution across work sprints.
• Create and communicate program status using PowerBI reports and dashboards, communications to project stakeholders, and advisories to service users. Build the “one stop shop” for work status, risks, issues, and completion across multiple (concurrent) workstreams.

Program Manager Qualifications:

• 4 years of experience in Program Management or equivalent experience driving large-scale projects through effective collaboration, influence, and clarity.
• BS/BA in engineering, business, security, or related fields or equivalent alternative education, skills or practical experience.
• Experience with Agile or similar project- and work-planning, and work delivery.
• Experience using Azure DevOps (ADO) for Agile project management tasks.
• Experience using PowerBI to create project status reports and program dashboards.
• Familiarity with Azure services for identity and access management (AAD / Entra ID).
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
