RLA Engineering is Hiring a Program Manager Near Redmond, WA
- Utilize cloud based tools to receive, assess and track program/project inquiries from multiple stakeholders
- Collaborate with multiple internal client subject matter experts across software development, research, HR and Legal/Compliance to draft status reports, presentations and general responses
- Interface with internal client teams on technical and/or project matters from project initiation through delivery
- Create and maintain program/project schedules and status reports
- Create the functional specifications and/or requirements or scope that will be used as a tool in making decisions as to how the product, service and/or project will be implemented
- Provide technical and/or analytical information and receive input and approval as required
- Organize cross functional activities ensuring that the program/project is completed on schedule and within budget constraints
- Support business process development
- Develop documentation for multiple stakeholder viewpoints and collaborate with all stakeholders to optimize business work flows and rhythms
- Perform other duties as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering Management, Data Science or related field
- 2-4 years of experience in a program/project management role, experience to include
- Assessing, tracking and responding to multiple stakeholder inquiries
- Working with enterprise level hardware and/or software products
- Collaborating with software developers, researchers, HR, Legal and customer service personnel
- Using agile management methodologies on large scale projects to consistently meet deadlines
- Experience working with cloud based platforms such as Azure DevOps (ADO)
- Experience creating data visualization dashboards and reports (e.g., Power BI and Tableau) preferred
- Analytical and strategic problem-solving capabilities in scheduling and communication
- Ability to come up with innovative solutions to solve real customer problems
- Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly and master diverse technologies and techniques
- Ability to be methodically decisive in the face of ambiguity
- Track record of meeting project deadlines
- Ability to frame and align to clear problems, vision, and goals
- Strong collaboration skills across disciplines and organizations

- Ability to take initiative to ask questions, ask for help, or provide updates, without reluctance
- Ability to meet the eligibility requirements for working in the US without RLA sponsorship for employment visa status
- Strong computer skills that include proficiency with M365 tools e.g., Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Teams and SharePoint
- Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear.
- Frequently required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to feel; reach with hand and arms, and stoop, kneel or crouch.
- The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
- Specific vision requirements include the ability to see at close range, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
- At times, may require more than 40 hours per week to perform the duties of the position.
- The position typically operates in a standard office environment.
- This role may use standard office equipment such as computer, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
