The impact you'll make:

This role will be a liaison between our company and its current and potential customers as well as a liaison between various areas of Avis Budget Group and the Tulsa reservations team. This role will research, resolve, and respond to customers regarding their pre, during and post car rental needs. Provide specialized assistance to high profile customers, major corporate accounts, and other high value customers with more complex needs. Takes ownership for effectively resolving issues, complaints, and inquiries from our high profile/valued customers. Handle multiple job duties through the day multi-tasking between various systems and roles as needed by the work volume. Must be able to work through various customer interactions such as phone, e-mail, IM, or chat.

What you'll do:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Provide support to customers, ABG operations and ABG Sales by handling the setup of specialized services such as deliveries, collections, and special vehicle requests.

Provide support to the ABG Chaiman and Optimum members who have special requests that need to be arranged or followed up.

Make reservations for blocks of vehicles and coordinate with the specific counter to ensure fleet availability. Maintain communication with customers as needed.

Respond to and resolve customer service issues, including but not limited to billing inquiries and/or service concerns.

Accurately input required data into various company systems for tracking and retention of customer records.

Provide highly accurate and prompt assistance.

Work accurately but quickly through e-mail queues and inboxes.

Handle inbound calls from a variety of sources inside and outside of the company while also completing other assigned tasks.

Work Independently

Present a professional, friendly, and helpful example of an ABG Employee.

Be flexible to assignment and change based on the needs of the business.

What we're looking for:

• High School diploma. Minimum of 2 years current related experience in a customer care environment or inside sales.
• Minimum 6 months working for ABG in customer service or specialty reservations role.
• For work-from-home (WFH)roles, previous WFH experience is preferred

• WFH employees must maintain a non-disruptive, distraction-free, designated, safe and ergonomically sound work environment where business information can be discussed and maintained in a confidential and secure manner. This is particularly important in customer-facing or Customer Care Center jobs where customer credit cards and personal information may be entered into Company systems.
• WFH employees must maintain high speed internet sufficient to provide secure, consistent and uninterrupted internet access necessary to perform their job, including attendance at video conferences or on meeting platforms. Use of a Company cell phone as a Wi-Fi "hot spot" for internet access should be limited to occasional use, such as when in attendance at an off-site meeting, internet outages or other emergency situations, and should not be used as your regular means of internet connection.
• Regular and punctual attendance is required.
• Must be able to work in office if needed or required by the company.

The base salary for this position is $17.00 hourly. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
