The pay for this position is $16/hr.
Typical Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare food for service using established procedures, standards and recipes
- Clean equipment and maintain cleanliness of work area
- Set up, serve and clean up for food serving periods
- Store food properly
- Complete production records
- Meet or exceed all established sanitation and safety standards in accordance with AVI policy
- Able to read, write and perform basic math
- Able to follow verbal and written instructions
- Able to work with others
- Must be customer-service-oriented, organized and detail-oriented
- Must maintain a high standard of personal hygiene
- Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds
- Must be able stand for long periods of time
