Sales Representative/Manager (UAV)
Avestec is a technology company and one of the pioneers of aerial technology for industrial asset inspection. We are seeking a passionate sales manager to develop sales channels and acquire clients for our robotic solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building sales channels, developing new clients, and supporting the system in the US market.
Job Responsibilities:
· Lead Generation: Generate leads through various channels such as networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and attending industry events.
· Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers to understand their needs and provide suitable solutions.
· Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline by tracking leads, opportunities, and deals through various stages of the sales process.
· Sales Presentations and Demos: Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients to showcase the features and benefits of the company's robotic products.
· Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
· Reporting and Analysis: Track sales metrics, analyze sales data, and generate reports to provide insights into performance and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
· Sales Experience: Previous experience (minimum 2 years) in sales, preferably in the technology or robotics industry in oil & gas, is highly desirable.
· Technical Knowledge: A solid understanding of robotics technology and its applications is advantageous, particularly in UAVs. Candidates should be able to effectively communicate the technical features and benefits of the company's products to customers.
· Negotiation Skills: Effective negotiation skills are essential for closing deals and securing favorable terms with customers. Candidates should be adept at building rapport, handling objections, and reaching mutually beneficial agreements.
· • Familiarity with the tech and startup environment, passion for the industry, and the ability to work independently.
· Results-Driven: Candidates should be highly motivated and results-oriented, with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
· Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the robotics industry, including its key players, market trends, and competitive landscape, is advantageous.
BONUS:
· Candidates with UAV flight experience (FAA certificate) are preferred.
