Director of Culinary Services

Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the dietary department; cooking, serving, and interacting with community members. Focus on hospitality and customer service to deliver a quality dining experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage kitchen and service staff
  • Planning and implementing menu
  • Department budget, operations, and scheduling
  • Hire, train, supervise, and coach staff
  • Accommodate dietary restrictions and preferences
  • Inspect and maintain food storage rooms and service areas for cleanliness, infection control, and supply

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years experience in food-service management
  • Strong experience leading a kitchen in a hospitality dining environment
  • ServSafe Certification
  • Knowledge of kitchen operations and Health Department regulations

Salary range - $60-65
