Director of Culinary Services
Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the dietary department; cooking, serving, and interacting with community members. Focus on hospitality and customer service to deliver a quality dining experience.
Responsibilities:
- Manage kitchen and service staff
- Planning and implementing menu
- Department budget, operations, and scheduling
- Hire, train, supervise, and coach staff
- Accommodate dietary restrictions and preferences
- Inspect and maintain food storage rooms and service areas for cleanliness, infection control, and supply
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years experience in food-service management
- Strong experience leading a kitchen in a hospitality dining environment
- ServSafe Certification
- Knowledge of kitchen operations and Health Department regulations
Salary range - $60-65
