Parts Manager
$65 - $75k based on experience
Monday - Friday, and some Saturdays, some travel with occasional overnights

This opportunity to work with a family-owned heavy-duty truck dealer in Sioux City that has been in business for more than 60 years may be for you! As a Parts Manager, you will direct, coordinate, and evaluate the overall direction of the department and its employees.
You will be responsible for running a profitable and efficient department while inspiring, motivating, and encouraging the team to reach desired outcomes.

Responsibilities :
- Supervise operations in the parts department
- Research new products and maintain up-to-date product offerings
- Address concerns
- Understand, oversee inventory; merchandise inventory to meet sales and profit goals
- Analyze complex business problems and initiate multifaceted solutions
- Interview, hire, train, and motivate
- Interpret financial statements and apply the analysis to operations
Requirements :
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and the ability to meet companies insurability requirements
- Traveling with occasional overnights, on-call
- 5 years’ experience in heavy-duty truck parts is required
- Develop and motivate a team of 20 plus employees
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Compensation and Benefits :
- $65 - $75k based on experience
