Job Title – Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON)
Contract - 14 Weeks
Guaranteed Hours - 40hr
Pay rate - $59/hr. to $60/hr.
Shift – 7:00a-3:30p

```Duties```
- Manage and supervise a team of nurses, providing guidance and support as needed
- Coordinate and oversee the delivery of patient care, ensuring that all treatments and procedures are carried out safely and effectively
- Conduct physical examinations and assessments to determine patient needs and develop appropriate care plans
- Utilize your extensive anatomy knowledge to interpret diagnostic tests and make informed decisions regarding patient care
- Provide expertise in sonography techniques, assisting with the diagnosis and treatment of various medical conditions
- Implement family planning strategies, educating patients on contraceptive methods and offering support for reproductive health decisions
- Apply your in-depth knowledge of physiology to monitor patient vital signs, assess overall health status, and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans
- Demonstrate proficiency in airway management techniques, ensuring the maintenance of clear airways for patients in need
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive care plans that address the specific needs of each patient
- Utilize triage skills to prioritize patient needs based on severity and urgency
