The Role

The Revenue Management Analyst/Sr. Analyst is responsible for ongoing revenue management quality assurance activities, including analyzing, auditing, and updating rent valuation for the apartment portfolio.

• Conducts ongoing revenue management quality assurance activities which include analyzing, auditing and updating rent valuation and parameters for the portfolio in information systems as directed.
• Analyzes floor plans, apartment amenity attributes, and competitive positioning to determine appropriate premiums and updates valuations on a periodic basis.
• Interprets data, makes conclusions, and communicates findings to stakeholders to improve revenue outcomes.
• Audits, analyzes, and communicates compliance on new/renewal pricing and hold times to reduce revenue leakage.

You Have...

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree required, with a concentration in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Applied Mathematics, Analytics, Business Administration, Hotel/Hospitality Management, Operations Management, or equivalent preferred
• Statistical analysis coursework preferred

Experience:

• 3 – 5 years of experience in revenue management required, preferably in multifamily or hospitality.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Demonstrates familiarity with MS Excel/Access and SQL
