Job Title: Human Resources Assistant: III (Senior)
Location: Greenwood Village, CO (Hybrid)
Duration: 6 Months Contract On W2
At ***, the Recruiting Coordinator performs a wide-variety of support tasks to help the banks Recruiting and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion teams. The Recruiting and DEI Coordinator plays a key role in ***s growth and long-term success by working closely with our recruiting team and bank leadership to ensure an optimal experience for candidates and hiring managers. The Coordinator also schedules and coordinates travel arrangements for candidate interviews, creates reports, assists with recruiting events and performs other duties as assigned.
Assist department in carrying out various human resources programs and procedures for all company employees. Process employee lifecycle transactions. Follow up to ensure all paperwork is complete. Provide information to Employees and managers about established people processes and policies. Refer issues as needed to HR Consultants. Assist as need the preparation, processing and maintaining post-employment-offer paperwork including I-9 verification using the E-verification system. Assist as needed with post-employment drug screening, background screening, as well as post-accident and random program. Assist with the preparation of employment forms and information and maintain on the Corporate Intranet system for use by managers and employees. Assist as needed with the processing of paperwork for employee's life cycle in accordance with established Company procedures. Assist with benefits administration and wellness program as needed. Assist with document control. Process verification of employment requests, in accordance with established guidelines. Provide administrative support for Human Resources Department. Prepare reports and correspondence, as directed. Perform other duties, as assigned
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The essential functions of this job include, but are not limited to:
Provides day to day administrative support
Schedules candidate interviews, assessments, and reference checks
Monitors the background check process from start to completion
Manages the new hire process communication with Hiring Managers and New Hires
Owns the I-9 process and ongoing review
Manages the Associate Referral Program
Assists with career fair scheduling and postings
Works closely with the VP, DEI to provide support in event planning and administrative tasks including invoice processing and support for the Associate Resource Groups.
Required Qualifications
High school diploma and 3-5 years progressive administrative experience; or appropriate combination of education and experience.
Advanced interpersonal communications, planning, and organizational skills.
Intermediate knowledge of personal computer and software applications such as Microsoft Office, word processing, spreadsheets and databases.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Ability to work well with team members and the departments internal customers, including senior executives and other contacts across the bank.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelors degree.
Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (preferably iCIMS)
Knowledge of background check process
Years Exp: 5 - 10. Experience: Relies on extensive experience to plan and accomplish tasks . Leadership/Contributions: Leads and directs the work of others. Reports to: Director. Advanced Degree or Certifications? Yes.
