Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Answer telephone calls within standards set forth in TPA contracts
- Process claims within a designated authority level
- Verify and analyze data used in settling claims
- Maintain customer records by updating customer information
- Resolve service problems
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference and volume.
- Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Office
