- Customer Support / Fully Remote - Anywhere in U.S. / Up to $75K base salary bonus - As a Customer Service Associate you'll : Manage inbound customer orders which includes entering and planning orders with OLIPOP's carrier base to ensure customer needs are being met;
- Serve as a customer liaison between the customer base and internal departments; Provide support in early stages of bringing on new customers;
- Provide support in building Standard Operating Procedures as OLIPOP continues to grow out their team and daily operations;
