As Content Marketing Manager, you will:
- Manage a team of content marketers, freelance writers, and SEO specialists
- Produce, review, proofread, edit, and sign off on all marketing content before publication (including blogs, press releases, podcast episodes, eBooks, tools, industry reports, checklists, templates, written customer stories, and video testimonials)
- Provide actionable feedback to ensure consistency and quality assurance across all content
- Work with other teams (e.g., Sales, Marketing Operations, and Product) to shape and refine evolving content strategies
- Set and achieve targets for generating organic leads (demo and non-demo form leads)
- Conduct extensive marketplace research and in-depth competitor analysis
- Monitor content performance and carry out optimizations
- Build and maintain a proactive editorial calendar
