Overview:

United Gaming is looking to employ a savvy, data-driven Marketing Director to join our growing team and accelerate our digital growth. This individual will own the direction and execution of our strategic efforts to increase brand awareness, lead generation, and sales. This role is critical to the future success of the business.
Responsibilities:

• Design and implement online marketing strategies across all digital platforms.

• Work with the executive leadership team to understand business objectives and revenue goals, as part of the strategy development process

• Ongoing analysis of competitive landscape and digital marketing trends to inform digital marketing strategies.

• Execute and optimize audience strategy for new and existing customers.

• Manage and implement all brand initiatives and marketing campaigns.

• Increase brand awareness for United Gaming as an employer of choice, both internally and externally, through content marketing, website optimization, earned media / PR, advertising campaigns, and social media initiatives.

• Ensure goals are established, met and measured to support decision making.

• Develop and execute ongoing content strategies

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or related field.

• 10-12 years of marketing experience

• 5 years of leadership/management experience

• Hands-on experience with digital ad platforms, including Google Ads, Bing, Facebook Ads.

• Historical track record of success in a digital marketing role.

• Ability to understand data-driven results and the actions needed to optimize campaigns and hit target goals.

• Deep understanding of digital KPIs

• Agile and conscientious self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

• Clear, informative, and accurate communication skills, both verbal and written

• Ability to multitask and prioritize assignments

• Proven ability to problem solve, build trust and handle high-stress situations

• Microsoft Office proficient
