The Marketing Manager will lead marketing efforts for a specialized group of agents and listings within Harry Norman, REALTORS®. Working closely with leadership and other team members, and in conjunction with SVP Marketing, this team will deliver exceptional marketing and design services.

The Marketing Manager consults, strategizes, and executes all Marketing plans for the group including listings and agent personal marketing. In conjunction with designers, they will develop and print marketing proposals to stand out from the competition and drive new business.

The ideal candidate is customer-service focused, organized and strategic. The Marketing Manager is an expert who offers strategic guidance and executes best practice marketing promotion. Someone who understands the value of each marketing channel and can execute a consistent concept through all channels, including print advertising, website content, digital/social media, brochures and flyers, direct mail systems, branding, and other promotional and presentation materials. To be successful in this role we are looking for a marketing generalist who can develop an idea, and roll their sleeves up to see it through. As the team grows, the Marketing Manager would manage junior marketing staff.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

1. Work closely with management and sales to develop, promote and implement short- and long-term marketing strategies. 
2. Coordinate the various marketing activities for agents and business including advertising, social media, public relations, content, partner marketing, sales collateral and sales promotion programs. 
3. Provides sales technology assistance - development and maintenance of company and agent websites. Recommends, develops and implements design, functionality and content enhancements to materials associated with web programs. Manages website data for sponsors, works with the marketing promotions and sales representative to recommend web opportunities to sponsors. 
4. Attends sales meetings to discuss and analyze the effectiveness of current advertising strategies. 
5. Maintain good public relations with advertising agencies, industry associations/affiliates and the media to maximize opportunities and keep current on new developments in the advertising and marketing fields. 
6. Assist in the administration of the department budget and reporting the work performed within the department. 
7. May perform supervisory activities, including employee safety, selection and development of employees, employee counseling and motivation, and salary administration. 
8. Perform any additional responsibilities as requested or assigned.

   Qualifications

    

   Education:

   • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration or related field; or equivalent work experience and knowledge.

   Experience:

   • Four to six years marketing management experience;
   • Client service experience highly regarded.
   • Real estate or luxury brand experience preferred

   Knowledge and Skills:

   • Strong computer skills.
   • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
   • Project management skills; ability to prioritize and handle multiple issues and projects

   concurrently. 

   • Effective interpersonal skills abilities.
