Position Overview : As an Entry-Level Sales & Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our brand, engaging directly with customers to promote our products / services and ensure their needs are met with the utmost professionalism and care.

Your primary responsibilities will include :

• Building rapport with customers through engaging conversations and attentive listening.
• Educating customers about our products / services and addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have.
• Conducting on-site promotions and demonstrations to showcase the value of our offerings.
• Assisting customers with purchases, transactions, and product / service recommendations.
• Collecting feedback and insights from customers to continually enhance our marketing strategies and improve the overall customer experience.

Qualifications :

• Excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
