Austin PsychCare is looking for a new Front Desk Associate starting May 1st, 2024.
This is a 1 year or 2 year paid internship for someone who is interested in going to medical school or therapy school.
We are a high-end mental health clinic. Our last associate got accepted into his top choice for graduate school, and we couldn't be more proud! Our current associate just got accepted to her top choice for supervised therapy practice, and again, we couldn't be more proud!

Full Job Description
Austin PsychCare is seeking a Front Desk Associate to work primarily with scheduling and customer service. This requires an ability to work well with both medical providers and patients. We are a premiere mental health practice, focused on delivering top-notch care to our patients. We are a small team that works hard and likes to have fun. We are interested in finding someone who appreciates the importance of mental health, who enjoys small projects & problem solving, and who has great social skills. This position is approximately 30-40 hours per week in the office. Our ideal candidate has experience with customer service, electronic medical record systems, answering phones, and scheduling.
