Austin Hardware & Supply, Inc. is searching for an experienced technical Customer Service Rep to join our team near our Corporate location in Lee's Summit, MO. We take a lot of pride in solving our customers problems and require a technical mind to work through that problem.
We have 11,000 parts we distribute throughout the country with 10 locations. It is necessary for you to have good written communication skills using Microsoft Office products and especially excel spreadsheets. Verbal communication should include empathy to our customers.
Do you consider yourself someone that enjoys helping others, has a sense of urgency to get things done and off your plate, with a high degree of paying attention to the details and conforming to policy, rules, and regulations? You might just be perfect for this role.
