We are looking to add Patient Service Representative to our North Austin and Round Rock offices.
Patient Service Representatives are responsible for administrative tasks such as patient check-in and check-out, collecting payments, preparing and maintaining patient charts, obtaining and processing referrals and authorizations, balancing daily receipts, performing data entry, taking inbound phone calls, scheduling procedure appointments and other administrative tasks.
We are looking for individuals with previous administrative experience, preferably in a medical environment. Our team is made up of individuals that work together to make sure each patient receives proper care and attention. If you believe in providing excellent customer service and like a fast paced, yet compassionate environment, we would love to talk with you about joining our team.
We have full time and part time opportunities. Our office hours are generally Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
