We are currently searching for Patient Service Representatives with experience to join our South Austin team. These positions will require travel between our South and West Austin offices.
You will receive medical, dental, vision, life and disability coverages along with generous paid time off, paid holidays and excellent retirement benefits. We also have quarterly attendance bonuses, education assistance, and a discounted gym membership if you are interested. These are full time roles working Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00pm.
As a Patient Service Representative, your duties will include but are not limited to:
* Check-in and check-out
* Determining patient costs
* Collecting payments
* Preparing and maintaining patient charts
* Obtaining and processing referrals and authorizations
* Balancing daily receipts
* Performing data entry
* Taking inbound phone calls
* Scheduling procedure appointments
Qualification and Skills:
* Ability to work in a fast paced environment
* Able to balance a high volume of work with quality, patient-focused care
* Previous EMR experience
* Critical thinking and clear communication
