Description

Must be able to work in a fast paced and customer service oriented environment; to perform

duties under pressure and meet deadlines in a timely manner; to work as a part of a team as

well as complete assignments independently; to take instructions from Manager; to exercise

problem solving skills and to interact with co?workers, Managers, guests and the public in a

professional and pleasant manner.

Washes dishes using established procedures; ensures dishwashing equipment is operating

efficiently and ensures dish washing products are maintained at par level.

Remove dirty dishes from guest tables, using proper cleaning method.

Make sure all tables are set correctly according to AURO Hotels and Brand standards.

Properly set up server station per meal period; Keep server station clean and clear of dishes,

glassware, etc.

Reports all incidents (compliments / complaints / technical issues) to Manager.

Controls operation of his / her station. Insures proper execution of service between team members.

Observe diners to respond to any additional requests and to determine when meal has been

completed.

Help in restaurant / outlet / kitchen when extra duties are assigned.

Clears and resets tables at conclusion of each course.
