Responsibilities:

• Checking in a wide range of animals including but not limited to: dogs, cats, hamsters, guinea pigs, ferrets, lizards, snakes, and bearded dragons
• Answering the phone and tending to client needs
• Scheduling appointments
• Reminder calls/texts for next day's appointments
• Checking clients in & out before and after appointments
• Filing charts & general organization
• Entering data in Quickbooks if also working in Data Entry Position

Qualifications:

• Be able to comfortably talk on the phone to clients and answer questions
• Be able to work under stressful situations and in a fast-paced environment
• Be able to comfortably multi-task
• Be able to type comfortably and work on the computer
• Be able to have a flexible schedules including weekends & evenings
• Be willing to learn and accept constructive criticism
• Preferred receptionist or similar experience working with people

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $13.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
