HR Generalist | Full Time | Temporary Assignment | Blue Ash, OH

Join our dynamic team as a Human Resources Generalist!

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Human Resources department in a full generalist role. This diverse position encompasses various HR functions, including employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, orientation/I-9 processing, and more.

Responsibilities:

• Handle employee relations matters and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
• Assist with recruiting efforts, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating onboarding processes.
• Manage orientation sessions and oversee I-9 processing to ensure compliance.
• Address team member inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and payroll-related matters.
• Support payroll by assisting in time tracking and related tasks.
• Coordinate with third-party providers for FMLA administration and support team members through the process.
• Conduct data entry, maintain electronic filing systems, and track various HR metrics and reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in HR generalist functions, including employee relations, recruitment, and onboarding.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems and proficiency in data entry and electronic filing.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations, including FMLA, is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday 8am-5pm (Temporary assignment, approx 9-12 months)

Pay:

$22-27/hr
