Atrium Home Services is Hiring an Outside Sales Representative Near Grand Rapids, MI
Our company is seeking a entrepreneurial Outside Sales Advisor to join our dynamic team. This role involves working closely with General Manager and Sales Manager to achieve sales KPIs and meet departmental budget and production goals. The successful candidate will engage with customers to understand their needs and offer the best services and equipment solutions. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, offering evaluations and quotes, supporting field technicians, and managing post-sale projects.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and Develop leads into sold work for the HVAC, plumbing and electrical departments
- Independently engage clients, referrals, and trade partners to develop leads for HVAC, Plumbing, Sewer, and Electrical home services.
- Develop multiple service options to meet the long-term home repair needs of the client
- Establish customer rapport to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction
- Educate the customer on financing options
- Collect client information and maintain accurate interaction notes
- Participate in all required company trainings and meetings
- Travel to customer homes
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
- Minimum of 2 years of previous sales experience
- Valid U.S. Driver’s License
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous Home Services sales or related B2C experience
- Prior experience with outside sales, cold calling, and or trade association business development
