**Responsibilities:**
Develop a strong understanding of the direct selling process and gain a background of the lawn care service industry
Present, promote and sell services using solid communication practices to existing and prospective customers
Finding the customer's needs by asking open-ended questions and building rapport
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction and retention
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
Work to continuously improve through feedback

**Requirements:**
Proven work experience as a sales representative preferred, or other applicable experience with a willingness to learn
Valid US driver's license and access to reliable transportation
Consistent attendance on-the-job
Sales performance that matches weekly goals, through continued support and training

**Compensation:**
$16-$18 / hour, plus commissions
Paid holidays
Paid vacation and sick time
Salary review upon 90 days, based on performance
