We are seeking a passionate and qualified Social Worker to join our client’s team and contribute to their mission of fostering positive change. The ideal candidate will be a licensed social worker with a strong commitment to social justice and community development.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' needs, strengths, and challenges.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with clients to address their unique circumstances.
• Provide counseling and support services to individuals, families, and groups to enhance their well-being and coping skills.
• Advocate for clients and collaborate with other service providers to ensure access to necessary resources and services.
• Facilitate support groups and workshops on relevant topics to address the needs of the community.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Participate in case conferences and team meetings to coordinate services and share insights for improved client outcomes.
• Stay informed about community resources, social services, and policy changes to better assist clients.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of program initiatives aimed at addressing broader social issues.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• State licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, LMSW, or LMFT
• Demonstrated experience in providing direct social work services.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Knowledge of community resources and social services.
• Commitment to social justice and advocating for marginalized populations.
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills.

Please note- The annual base salary range is $60k to $84k. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
