Your Role:
Atlas Copco is hiring a Regional Sales Manager to support our General Industry (GI) Business Line where we bring unique manufacturing solutions to today's leading companies. You will support our clients in the Illinois Territory.
You will directly report to the Zone Manager in this role. You will maintain our current customers and establish them with new customers. You will travel to customer locations to identify their needs and provide solutions from the Atlas Copco product portfolio. This may include supporting our Distribution Team during product demonstrations and sales calls. You will be a technical solutions expert to train our Distribution Managers on product releases and new offerings for clients.

To Succeed, You Will Need:
To reside in the State of Illinois near or in Chicago
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or Business Administration or equivalent
3 years of experience acquiring new clients through cold calling
3 years experience in Industrial or Technical Sales
3 years of working experience with Sales Distributors
3 years of experience training and managing direct reports
2 years experience providing product demonstrations to customers
To travel 30% overnight per month to support customer success
To work in a Hybrid work environment #LI-Hybrid
