Candidates for the project manager position will understand how to read blueprints, specifications, addenda, and other construction documents. Candidates must be excellent communicators, organized, detail oriented, due date/task driven, proficient with Windows, Office, Excel, Outlook, Google, etc. and able to thrive in a fast paced environment.

This position is responsible for managing projects from beginning to end. Daily tasks include, but are not limited to issuing purchase orders, procuring and reviewing submittals, ordering materials, scheduling deliveries, reviewing documents for changes, processing change orders, communicating with coordinators, accounting, warehouse and others as necessary to ensure the project is completed on time and under budget. Project managers will communicate directly with vendors and contractors on a regular basis via telephone and email.
