An experienced and highly motivated Floating Apartment Maintenance Supervisor for our Market Rate Atlanta, Georgia area.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 9-5. Rotating On Call Schedule.
Job Type: Full-Time
Job Description Summary:
The Floating Maintenance Supervisor leads, and coordinates activities of workers engaged in cleaning, maintaining, and repairing physical structures of buildings and grounds. Primary responsibilities include hands-on community maintenance, including overall inspection, repair and general maintenance of common areas and other interior/exterior areas.
