As our GIS Analyst, you will be responsible for creating maps and conducting spatial analysis related to real estate development opportunities. Your duties will include designing digital maps, maintaining GIS datasets and reports, and utilizing mapping software to analyze spatial data.
To be considered for this position, you must have experience with Microsoft Excel and GIS software such as ArcMap and Google Earth Pro. Knowledge of Python programming language, real estate, affordable housing, LIHTC, Costar, and/or Axiometrics is a plus.
