Job Title Customer Relations Specialist Location East Coast / Remote

As a Customer Relations Specialist, you will be the direct contact with Aston Martin’s customers, you are resilient, outgoing, methodical and a self-starter.

You would relish working within a tight and close-knit aftersales team. You will also have exposure to the wider business and an opportunity to build a career in aftersales management.

Your remit would be to provide customer satisfaction. If good customer service isn't delivered then we would lose customers.

You're not the type to shy away from a challenge whilst keeping an eye on the customer relationship and the financial situation.

The role isn’t a sales role. In this role, you will organise your work schedule as you will be managing multiple cases at one time.

This is working for a premium brand like Aston Martin and have the ability to work remotely from anywhere in the country as well as be part of a small team.

There is also a lot of liaison with the other teams.

To excel in this role, you'll need to be patient, outgoing, methodical, and a self-starter. Working with a team of professionals, you’ll be managing active cases, making phone calls, and decisions to bring cases to a quick resolution.

Your day-to-day activities will include tracking the progress of the cases on a daily basis.

As our next Customer Relations Specialist, you’ll be instrumental in having the ability to communicate and connect with our customers.

You will be driving to provide customer satisfaction. If good customer service isn't delivered then we would lose customers.

By not having good customer service, it would be very expensive to the business.
