Description :
The HR Administrative Assistant will help organize and run the HR department by answering phone calls, filing records, keeping track of employee information, setting up interviews, and answering questions from employees.
Keep employee files up to date within internal database and running reports as needed. Will also assist with machine inspection safety reporting, entering data into inspection logs, creating signs / flyers, help create and distribute training documents, etc.
