Description:
They will be a vital part in connecting with customers for many different reasons and must work with high attention to detail.
They will answer or put out 10-15 calls per day max 20 based on volume.
Handle 30-50 emails using Outlook (responding to customers or following up)
Assist with any requests for quotes by customers or sales representatives.
Follow up with customers on quotes, pricing, orders, etc. in a timely manner.
Enter Purchase Order's into the system with accuracy.
Process orders.
Review inquiries that may pop up from customers or admins.
Handle any additional administrative tasks provided by management team
