PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist with new client admissions.
• Transcribe psychiatric documents.
• Proof and track client progress notes.
• Complete client chart audits.
• Complete foster care filing.
• Check Medicaid of clients on a monthly basis.
• Review and track medication logs.
• Assist and track completion of employee and contractor HR paperwork.
• Assist with placement change and discharge paperwork.
• Proof-read and edit Comprehensive Behavioral Health Assessments (CBHA’s) for accuracy, clarity, and consistency of content and format; correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
• Handle prescription and pharmacy issues as needed.
• Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.

EDUCATION

• AA/BA/BS degree preferred but not required.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

• Thorough knowledge of the English language, including grammar, spelling, and punctuation rules.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Microsoft Word
• Microsoft Excel for the creation and use of spreadsheets including sorting and filtering data, using basic formulas, and creating graphs.
• Adobe Reader and/or Adobe Acrobat

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
