Scope

Client is looking for 18 customer service associates to support their Retail Asset Management department.

Job Description

  • Service Associates will be supporting our clients’ own customers with their needs.
  • This position will be taking incoming calls throughout the day.
  • Will be talking to shareholders with a variety of calls.
  • Calls may include; needing to change information, updating account info.
  • Could be very entry level calls or could be more complex with a number of things that could be coming up with their accounts.
  • Won’t be taking any calls that require giving financial advice but will help point their client in the right direction.
  • Will be working with a few different systems and web-based programs. 85% of the day will consist of taking inbound phone calls. The next 15% will consist of email correspondence and other administrative related tasks.
  • Additional job duties may include fulfilling client inquires such as changing addresses and account information, providing assistance with online accounts, investigating previous transactions, maintain accurate information, and providing a high level of customer service throughout each client interaction.
  • Candidates will process orders as requested, offer solutions based on client needs, use their judgement to discuss and recommend additional services that may benefit the client, and transfer calls to other departments for further assistance as needed if clients are requesting financial advice.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2-4 years of Customer Service experience required
  • Experience with MS Office products (MS Word, MS Outlook)
  • Strong written and communication skills (Need to be able to communicate professionally with their clients via phone and email

PREFFERED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1 years of inbound call experience in an office or retail environment
  • Candidates that have worked at USAA, California Casualty, Progressive, T-Mobile, or another call center type environment
  • Some form of financial related experience (New college graduate, bank tellers, leasing agents)
  • High School Diploma or GED

Work Environment

  • Call center, cubicle environment. Dress code is business casual (jeans and business shoes). Enjoy having people who want to make the process better. Very inclusive work environment. Gym and cafeteria on site. Nice collaboration site in Colorado Springs with games, etc. Also have a library in Colorado that have a number of leadership books.

Shifts

  • Can include but are not exclusive to the following:
  • Monday through Friday with start times between 7:00am-9:30am MST.
  • It could be any number of shifts starting at 7 AM or 9:30 AM- Based on start time determines end time.
  • They close at 6 p.m. MST in this department.
  • Training will be 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. but the schedule after training may vary depending on the start time.
  • Candidates will need to be flexible with their availability to support the business needs.
  • The training process is a 12 week in-office learning experience led by multiple associates or learning consultants.

Pay

$20/HR | $30/HR (OT)
