Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting
• CPA nice to have
• Minimum 5 years of finance/accounting experience in a manufacturing environment
• Minimum 3 years of cost accounting experience
• Process Improvement knowledge and background
