The Controller is responsible for the overall coordination of the accounting needs of Dynamic Fusion and to provide leadership for the accounting team. Financial reporting and forecasting are crucial for our leadership team to make timely business decisions. The controller will be managing and completing the daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting functions This individual will be required to do office work and site visits. They will work with HR, Accounts Payable, and all Administrative Assistants to help with the daily office work required. They will give directions to all supporting accounting staff.

Core job duties:

· Lead, Manage, Hold Accounting Team Members Accountable (some off-site)

· Oversee all AP/AR Functions

· Hiring & Training of new accounting employees

· Oversee Payroll/HR Functions

· Multi-State Tax Reporting & Filing (Sales, Use, Retail Delivery, Excise, etc.)

· Prepare and analyze the financial statements, general ledgers, subsidiary ledgers, budgets, cash flow projections and review of job cost reports

· Weekly Accounting meetings (EOS L10)

· Reconcile, verify, and validate all entries and postings to balance sheet and income statement accounts

· Compare and analyze annual budgets and cash flow forecasts with actual results

· Assist in coordination with accountant to prepare tax returns
