What You'll Do
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Please note that the duties below can vary based on the workflow of your local office.
- Develop and implement client service plans and strategies to align with the company's business objectives and meet client needs and expectations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, operations, and product development, to gather insights and feedback to inform client service initiatives.
- Conduct regular reviews and assessments of client service processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices to enhance service delivery.
- Monitor client satisfaction metrics and feedback, analyzing trends and identifying opportunities to enhance the client experience.
- Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams, addressing client inquiries, concerns, and escalations in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, serving as a trusted advisor and advocate for their needs and priorities.
- Lead strategic projects and initiatives aimed at improving client service delivery, driving operational efficiency, and enhancing client satisfaction.
- Develop and implement client communication strategies, including newsletters, updates, and surveys, to keep clients informed and engaged.
- Train and mentor client services team members, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality service delivery and client interactions.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in client services, continuously seeking opportunities to innovate and improve.

What You'll Need
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; relevant certifications or advanced degrees preferred.
- 5 years of related experience.
- Appropriate securities licenses/designation or willingness to obtain within a specific timeframe.
- Strong understanding of wealth management products, investment strategies, financial planning concepts, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients, team members, and advisors.
- Proficiency in wealth management systems and CRM software.
