CNO Financial Group is hiring a Manager Payroll Services & Leave to oversee the payroll function, including payroll tax and payroll accounting, in accordance with industry standards, regulatory agencies, and company objectives and policies. This position is also responsible for leading 4 team members to ensure pay is processed on time, accurately, and in compliance with government regulations, handling customer questions and complaints, and managing payroll and leave administration vendors.

CNO embraces flexibility. Associates who live within a 60-mile radius of a corporate office (Birmingham, Carmel, Chicago, Orlando and Milwaukee) have access to come into that Office up to 2 days/week, and are encouraged to come into the office at least twice per month. You may be asked to travel to corporate office periodically.
Associates who live outside of a 60-mile radius of a corporate office (Birmingham, Carmel, Chicago, Orlando and Milwaukee) may perform this role full-time work from home (WFH) from any US based location, as long as you are willing to work central or eastern time zone hours. Work cannot be performed from outside of the United States.
