About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Technology Business Services Senior Manager...


In this role, you will:

  • Own the end-to-end process and collaborate with finance and Business Service Leads to ensure workforce processes seamlessly integrate across processes. This role will manage a central team as well as direct a federated team of workforce leads to perform workforce activities including:

  • Resource and capacity planning

  • Requisition approvals

  • Location strategy

  • Contingent labor management

  • Span of control

  • Remote and location exception management

  • Move the lines (MTL)

  • Workforce metrics to executive management routines

  • Expense initiative management

  • You will represent Consumer Technology to HR, Finance, Supply Chain, Technology Workforce and other central functions supporting workforce. As a process owner, you will provide vision, leadership, and industry expertise to establish consistent practices across Consumer Technology that integrates workforce planning with financial and portfolio processes. Previous experience designing and implementing process improvements at scale is highly desired.


Required Qualifications, US:

  • 10 years of Information Technology in support of Business Services experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following work experience, training, military experience, education

  • 10 years of Information Technology in support of Business Services experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

  • 7 years of technology resource or capacity planning experience

  • Process management experience (Six Sigma, Lean Six Sigma or others)

  • Familiarity with workforce planning tools in an agile environment

  • Ability to communicate effectively, in both written and verbal formats, with senior executive-level leaders.

  • Ability to influence, partner, and negotiate with senior business leaders to gain commitment to accomplish business goals.

  • Ability to drive and lead organizational change in a dynamic environment.

  • Advanced level leadership, communication, relationship building, negotiating, and influencing skills.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365

Pay Range

$120,400.00 - $287,600.00
